    These Cici tattoos are awesome! The glow-in-the-dark feature is a big hit — my kids love it. They go on easily, stay put for days, and don’t peel too soon. I like that each sheet is wrapped separately, so it’s easy to share at parties or school. A couple designs didn’t transfer perfectly, but overall they’re great quality and super fun!
