    These glow-in-the-dark Cici tattoos are great for parties and gifts. Super easy to apply and they last really well. Some glow more than others, but the colors and sparkle are awesome. My daughter loves the butterflies and stars. Tip: leave them under a lamp for a few minutes — the glow gets brighter!
